cancel account - recurring payments

Hi,

I would like to cancel my account but I'm not allowed because there are recurring payments set. However, I only have one recurring payment in my list and it's inactive for a long time. How can I get my account canceled?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
