business account login problems

I cannot log into my business paypal account as i had the 2 step verification on. Im abroad and my phone is restricted to receive the sms or call. what can i do please?

I'd like to inform you that PayPal is a region-specific service and you will not be able to access your account in a different region. Our security systems will not allow this action. For more information about your PayPal account, I recommend you to call us. You can find the number to reach us by going to https://www.paypal.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, selecting Contact, then clicking Call us. Rest assured that you should be able to access your account once you are back in your country.
