Wrong time zone in my profile. Cannot be changed?

Hello, I live in Uruguay and the time zone in my profile settings is fixed to GMT-8 Pacific time, not the right time for my location. Clicking on the time zone box I am not given any option to correct this. Can someone fix this please?

2021 may, the problem still exists, unchanged. Is the ability for user to change it's time-zone to the actual one is really that hard to implement? ..

November 2021, still having the problem - I can`t change my time zone - there is only Pacific Time, which is incorrect for me.
