Wrong Address

Hi there, So, I have an account with USA ADDRESS - state Georgia.

I have never been to the USA, it's my bad. (wrong address)

I am living in the Republic of Georgia.

I have money in my USA account and I can't any transactions from the balance.

What Can I do?

You need to talk to PayPal customer service and tell them you opened account under wrong country. They will have to reverse the payment so you can close the account and open account in Republic of Georgia:

Then ask sender to send money again.

Because you live in Republic of Georgia, not in the US, you will have trouble accessing the money because you can’t properly verify your identity. This is the policy for US PayPal accounts.

Could be possible. You have to ask customer service to be sure. I am just suggesting it as an option to ask PayPal about.
