I need help getting into my old PayPal account..problem is I no longer have access to the phone number on the account and I no longer have access to the email address seeing how I had lost my phone and the account being about a year or so old. I have some money in that account and I'm not sure how to go about withdrawing thé funds seeing how I cannot login. Is there a way I could have the funds transferred to my new account?
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
