I haven't accessed my PayPal account for some time. I quit selling on eBay once they changed all the selling rules. I was quite annoyed at the fact that I have found out that to have a PayPal account I have to have a mobile phone. Not everyone out here has a cell phone including myself and to be honest with you, I am quite tired of everything in life depending on the use of cell phones. Am I supposed to now buy a cell phone which I don't want or need just to access PayPal. What a joke! Can I use my husbands cell phone number? I just don't know what to do.
