Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? I don't do Facebook. I tried calling, emailing and chatting. All I got was an annoying robot that kept asking me for the last 4 of my SSN which I didn't give. I want to cancel my Paypal Credit account becuase I don't feel Paypal has adequate customer service. They'te too big now and only interested in profits.
If its paypal credit you want and not paypal customer services then normally I can give you the number in a link, but as you haven't said which country you are in then sadly i can't at the moment.
