I sent documents to change my name, specifically want to add my middle name so it matches with the name on my bank. Later in the message center, a CS sent a non-repliable message saying that my Paypal name already matched with the name in the documents, but it is not, because it does not has my middle name. He instructed me to send email to Paypal to explain why I submitted the request, but did not say what is the Paypal email address I supposed to send email to.
Any help would be appreciated.
