Visual difference between PayPal accounts

Hello. My husband's Paypal account looks different from mine. His name is listed on the top banner. My name is not listed - there is no name banner. What does this mean?

Have you both opened a U.S paypal account and are they both personal accounts?

Hmm, I don't know. What is the difference between a US and a personal account?
(Or did you mean a business or a personal account? I think we both have personal accounts. How could we double check this?)

I'm talking about the country you are in. You have opened a United States paypal account so are you both in the U.S and have you both opened the same countries paypal account?

Yes, they are both US accounts.
