Verifying my Paypal account

Good day.

I need help verifying my Paypal account please.

The links I get always take me to the same screen on my profile where it is written in blue "follow the necessary steps to complete your profile"

When I click on it, it takes me back to the screen with my account information: name, address etc.

I have linked my debit card and did everything, at least I think.

Please help

I think to verify in your country you need a credit visa.
