Verification failed. Can't login and can't even reset password

Hello,

 

My account is old and is verified. I haven't logged in for a long time so I don't have a mobile number setup for it.

 

Today I logged in normally, added a new email address to my account, but I can't log back in afterward. Using either the old email address or the newly added email address to login result in the same error message. Trying to reset password also results in the same exact error message (screenshot below). I can't use the customer support feature because it also requires logging in.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this? How can I contact support?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
