Do you mean your community name?

If so click on the 3 dots on your post and scroll down to 'report' (i know its not inappropriate but use it anyway), this sends a message to the moderators that can do that for you.

Your login information for your PayPal account is your email address. If you'd like to update your email address, you can do so here: How do I change my email address?
