Use PayPal when registered mobile phone to receive OTP will be offline for few weeks

I will be on vacation for few weeks abroad and my current registered mobile numbers will not work to receive OTP. I want to be able to use PayPal without any downtime. How to acheive that?

Paypal is country specific so be very careful trying to use it internationally.

If you do then paypal may think you have been hacked and your account is being used by a hacker in another country.

The 'only' way that they can verify its you is if you receive a text to your paypal registered mobile phone which you say is not an option.

Can I ask why you can't? I have received texts and emails etc worldwide on my mobile phone when travelling?
