Unable to verify Date of birth help please

Hello. I have no ID with my date of birth on it so cannot verify my account now and and it has been limited . How do I get in contact or help to withdraw my money ? Thanks

Surely you have a birth certificate?

Nearly every official document issued contains a date of birth, can't believe you are having an issue providing one to be honest.
