Unable to log-in with another laptop or IPad

I used one email to log in Paypal and I can log in only 1 computer, others will show "Please check your entries and try again" as snapshot below. I tried with another laptop, mobile, iPad. All are failed to log in. However, I can log in this email with my colleague's loptop. So, I am pretty sure that the username and password are correct. The location setting is on. Could you please help?

I suggest you to clear your browser cache, cookies and then try to login. If you are still unable to login to your PayPal account then please contact our PayPal customer support

I already cleared my browser cache, cookies and then try to login but I am still unable to login to my PayPal account. When you say to contact Paypal customer support, please advise how to.
