My elderly relative cannot access her paypal as she is being asked for a mobile number for PSD2. She has no mobile and there is no signal anywhere near their house. What can she do? Many thanks for your help.
Lol - you are clearly a more up to date person than me! She does have a PC & router. I will look into how she can get a phone set up to receive a text via wifi. It’s not something I’ve heard of before. Thank you for your help.
