Unable to create a new PayPal account.
After entering phone number, see this error: "Sorry, it can’t be a VoIP number."
The phone number was VoIP in the past, but now it is wireless (verified by the new carrier).
How do I create an account?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
