Turn OFF Facebook Messenger Reciepts

Hi. So I've been trying to stop paypal sending me a messenger reciept every time I make a purchase. I've tried following PayPal website, but where it says "notifications>next to messenger unchecked the box" there is no messenger section?!?!?!
