This Account Can't Receive Donation

Its been more than 2 weeks now we haven't receive any update from Paypal for the verification of our account, it says that within 7 days the account will be verified. But till now we haven't receive any update about our account. We have submit all our documentation for our charitable accounts. Someone at Paypal please respond to this?
