The security check box keeps coming even though it was correct.

I tried completimg my kyc verification but it tells me to add a bank account. However when I try to add one, the security check box keeps coming also I see a green tick. It's been 10 times.

Thank you for your post in the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome! I'm sorry to hear that the added bank is not satisfying the verification requirement. I'd suggest that you contact Customer Service to allow a representative to look into your account to see what's blocking things.
