You have a paypal account registered in Cyprus, so do you live in Cyprus?

Only countries that can't receive paypal payments in their country tend to use Cyprus instead, this rarely works for long and the account would soon be limited.

That is what I thought, its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account which would never work for you.
