Something wrong with 2 step verification

Hello everyone. I was on a website and I placed an order with PayPal but at checkout the payment was accepted automatically. I shopped on that website before but I always receive a text message with a code before to proceed with my  purchases.

I have my 2 steps verification ON and I always receive a text message with a code but this time it didn't happen .

The payment was made with no code or question or login .Why? Do I have to do something? I'm really worried. Thank you for your time
