SMS from Paypal are arriving one after another and will not stop. What should I do?

I Made Paypal as Apple payment and SMS confirmation keep arriving without stop! It has been 6 hours with SMS arriving every 3 minutes. Then I entered the account and Paypal asked me to confirm my cel number, after I did that again one SMS of confirmation after another. I'm going crazy! And spending lots of money on SMS
