Regulation issue , can't receive payments

Whoever tries to send me a payment gets a regulation error, don't know what's the issue or what's wrong, I've linked it to a us bank using Payoneer's federal community savings bank

Paypal does not support payoneer or any virtual bank, you would need to add a U.S bank account opened on U.S soil.

I know that, which is why I gave you the link in my first post AND stated you can't withdraw to a local bank ONLY a U.S bank opened on U.S soil.

If you are not a U.S expat then its unlikely you can add a U.S bank account so read the link for your other option.
