Hello everyone, I wanted to buy product from bioray and it directed me to PayPal for paying money. PayPal withdrew money from my account and then it says there are login limitations and after 180 days they can transfer my money to my card after sending instructions to my Gmail about how to transfer money. How can it happen? Why I can't get back my money I am so dissatisfied with this site. Please advise me.
