Hello! I just got a new paypal business account after I could not revive my old one after it locked me out. I kept getting the "something went wrong on our end" error and even after calling customer service, I couldn't get my account back up. Thankfully I did not have any funds there, but I'd just like to know how I can prevent this from happening again? And what information I should keep on hand in case I do need to call customer service? I am located in the UAE. Another question I have is that my mobile phone for this account is a UAE number and I travel half the year to India where I use an India mobile number. Is there a way to register both phone numbers?
