Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues logging into your account. Normally, the authorization / verification codes come through as a SMS. I'd first recommend reaching out to your phone carrier to make sure you can receive SMS from companies like PayPal as that may be blocked or need to be enabled by them.
If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend trying to reach out to our Support Teams one more time to see if they're able to assist further.
