Phishing on my account

Hi there,

 

Today I received an email on my other paypal account that I've added a new email account with <removed> which I don't know at all, have activated 2 step verification ( which I don't activate ), and the withdraw limit has been lifted. I didn't request any of that, and I can't log into my account because the number I use is no longer used, and the authenticator apps is not activated by me. How do I kick this person out and should I be worried? I hardly use the account.

Thank you for your post! I understand that you are having login issues due to phone authentication; In this scenario, we would advise our customers to contact our customer service team. You can contact them by visiting www.PayPal.com  > Contact Us > Password and Account Access > Login Issues. Once you gain access  to your account I would recommend you to change your password and security questions.
