Paypal won't verify my ID

Paypal asks me to send in ID to verify myself, but every time I send it in, after a couple of days, it resets. I don't get an email telling me I was verified or anything. It won't let me send money until I verify myself but it won't tell me if I'm doing anything wrong. I've been trying to verify myself for months.
