I happen to have opened a Paypal account the day before yesterday, and immediately regretted it. So I tried to close my account, but it feels like I am trapped inside. When I try to close it, a message pops up: "Before you close your account...Ask for technical support." So I tried to delete my credit card first, but that also won't happen. Another message popped up, saying that Paypal needs verification (I have NO pending transactions, as it happens, there is no activity at all on my account, because I haven't used it). Next, Paypal said they would send a 4-digit code to verify my card, but no code has been received yet. It is a nightmare, verging on deceitful practice. Can anyone help me, please?
