Paypal doesn’t recognize my billing adress in Germany

I’ve moved recently and as I tried to changed the billing address Paypal System didn’t recognize it. How come so? and what can I do to resolve this?

Hi! Just moved to the next town, I presume it has something to do with the fact that the building is new maybe? But I also changed the direction my bank card and still doesn't recognize it. Thanks for answering.

I think your best bet is to get paypal to update the address etc for you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
