PayPal Correspondence Sent to My Home Address but With Another Person's Name

I received a letter in the mail regarding a new Pay Pal Credit account. It was my home address but addressed to another name. I did not request any credit. How do I get my home address off of that other person's account? I have tried calling PayPal but had no success getting through to a human being.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks. I finally found a number to call and it turned out that it had been reported as fraud and that my address was changed.
