I am not receiving any PayPal notifications despite having checked all the boxes to receive them. PayPal says it's yahoo-- but there are no blocks for spam, not anything in spam or trash .... Can you help?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
I am sorry to hear you are not receiving our emails. I know this must be frustarting. I would suggest you check to make sure your email address is confirmed in your PayPal account. To do this, simply follow the steps here.
If your email address is confirmed, it would mean you have received some emails from us. In this case, it would suggest that your email provider may be blocking general emails from us. This can happen from time to time depending on your provider. I would suggest you contact them directly for further details.
