Need help converting a personal PayPal account into a Non-Profit account.

Help, I'm a parent volunteer for our high school's Fine Arts Department.  We have set up a spiritwear shop on TeeSpring and need to have a PayPal account to withdraw funds from that site.  Since our finance chair was out on medical leave, I just quickly set up an account so we could access those funds.  I now need to transfer ownership of that PayPal account to our Fine Arts Department non-profit so I won't get hit with the tax liability.   I have the bank account info of the non-profit and a copy of our letter and certificate of state tax exemption.

I have tried calling the customer service number several times, and every time it sends me to ask my question over chat.  The response from PayPal through chat is to call the customer service number....  it's an endless loop.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I've already called paypal.  Every time I do, they tell me they are too busy with other calls and I get directed to send them a message via a link they text me.  I send them a message and the next day they respond to my message telling me I need to call customer service.  I've been stuck in this loop for two weeks now.

All we can do on here is give you all the options to contact customer services, if you can't contact them with any of them then unfortunately not a lot we can do about it.
