I got a new iphone so when I'm trying to access my account by logging in using Paypal mobile app, it won't work. After verifying that I'm not a robot, it stopped dead on the blank screen. I tried to remove the app and re-installed it again but still didn't work. I used to access the paypal mobile app with no issue on my old iphone. Also, all the mobile apps I have work fine but Paypal. : (
I tried to use my computer to access my account and I was able to so I don't understand why the mobile app is not working for me.
Any help is appreciated.
