I tried to open my app from my phone many times but the app keep directing me to webpage and say (Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you). I tried to refresh the app many times and I even deleted it and redownload it. However, I didn't get a solution. Best Regards, Ibrahim

The app does not work in every country, so if they are directing you to the web you are probably in one of those countries?
