Live chat not working

Live chat is marked as available under contact us but all I ever get is the stupid bot that is of no help ever, and when requested to connect to live chat even though the link says live chat I clicked when I got the bot she just returns this auto generated response every time "I'm sorry, I checked for a live agent and unfortunately there isn't one available at this moment. Please check back later or you can try asking me a question for faster service." How can I get some real support for my account as 2 months of payments are not registering in the system after several days and an email receipt for payment? ty
