Hi I basically wanted to change my PayPal username but its not possible. after doing some digging, I saw that you would have to close down the account and open a new one? And if I do that how long will it take and can I put in the same financial information?
Yes, but I would try contacting customer service first to see if they can edit it for you as per https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/article/faq3921. I’m thinking the @username is based off of the PayPal.me link.
