Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me understand what's the problem. A couple years ago I had to upload a picture of my state ID and social security card to my PayPal accout to verify my identity. My identity was verified but now I tried to cash a check and get the message my identity can't be verified am I doing something wrong I followed all the steps exactly how it says to.
