Thank you for posting in Community.

I understand that you would like to delete your PayPal account. Please be advised, you will only be able to delete your PayPal account if there are no limitations placed and there are no pending transactions on your PayPal account. You also need to close any PayPal financials added like PayPal debit/credit card first from your PayPal account before closing it. Here's how to close your PayPal account.
