I want to correct my name

I sent my national ID and bank statement but my name wasn't updated correctly, they updated the name starting with my father's name, they didn't include my own name, which is clearly stated in the bank statement and national ID

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

I am sorry to hear this. The ownership of a personal account cannot be changed. If your account is personal and is currently open under your fathers name, this would not be able to be changed. If this is the case, I would suggest you open your own account using your own name.

If you are referring to a registered business account, I would suggest you resubmit your request. Simply follow the steps here. The relevant team will then review your documents again.
