I want to close my business paypal

So I recently opened a business paypal and am now thinking I may of jumped the gun and want to close it. 
But it says I cant, I tried to use the automates messaging system but it says there is no reason why I shouldn't 
be able to close it so, anyone who can help me?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
