I want to change my account from business account to personal account

How can I downgrade my paypal account from business type to a personal type? When I was trying to figure out how to make my payments on hold when my purchases are not yet delivered I accidentally upgraded my account into a business account which I don't even need that's why I want it back into a personal account but paypal isn't replying to my messages

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
