I want to change my Vietnamese account name to English name

Currently my paypal account is using Vietnamese name: Bui [removed]
while transferring money from paypal to my bank got problem. because my local bank accounts are using name: Bui [removed]
I hope you can change my Paypal account name to: Bui [removed] so I can make transactions
