I stopped getting texts a year and a half ago.

My profile & settings are correct.  I no longer get texts.  I do get emails.  I need to know when transactions occur without constantly checking my email.  This is a security concern.  I can't get anyone to address it, as you can only report problems on their limited lists.

 

Is there some way someone can identify the bug?  I don't have problems with any other service.  Would it help if I contacted the FTC or the Federal Reserve? 

 

I may not check email right away and it could be a few days before I know about fraud.
