How can I get My PayPal account number.

Paypal accounts do not have numbers, the email address or your mobile phone number identify your account (if using the app).
However the option to receive paypal payments is not available in Rwanda, you can only send payments for purchases funded via a visa card.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
