I have lost access to a business account that was being created

I have lost access to a business account that was being created, Safari did not save the generated password

 

When I clicked the link to confirm the e-mail I couldn't any further, because Safari did not save the generated password and I can't recover access to the account because I haven't confirmed the e-mail yet.

 

Basically I am out of options. I also tried asking for support through the PayPal chat but did not receive any support just a bot replying the same message.

Thank you for the post. I understand you are unable to access the account. Please try Resetting the password. If that doesn't work, please follow the steps below to contact PayPal support.

  1. Go to the Contact Us page: https://www.paypal.com/mz/smarthelp/contact-us 
  2. Select Password and account access 
  3. Select Login problems 
  4. Click on Message Us/Call Us Icon 
     

 If it prompts to login,

 

Please choose the option “call us as guest” post clicking on Call Us Icon. Or

Please choose the option “Chat with us while logged out” post clicking on Message Us Icon
