I've moved some years ago and have neither a bank account or credit card at the moment. I'm also not going to have a bank or credit card until several personal situations are sorted. I don't use paypal for anything other than buying things and receiving gift money from family/friends. Could I continue using my paypal without card or bank?
Typically, a bank or card is required, not only for funding payments, but also for address confirmation or other types of validation. You may be prompted to add a payment method for one or both of these purposes.
