I do not receive the SMS-Code for Verification

I Use Lycamobile SIM in Germany. I receive short sms codes from other applications but not from PayPal. Thank YOU in advance FOR Any help.

I am sorry to hear you are not receiving our messages. I know this must be frustrating. Sometimes, your phone needs to be enabled before you can receive messages from us.
