I closed my paypal accounts and now recieved a email 5.00 for yahoo you never can talk to either one

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! It sounds like you've closed your account but you've received an email of some kind from PayPal - is that right? If so, you may want to check if the email you've received is a Fake or Phishing attempt.
